NICU Staff Nurse

Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns.
Monitor neonatal patients' vital signs and overall condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
Assist pediatricians and neonatologists during medical procedures.
Operate and monitor NICU equipment, including incubators, ventilators, CPAP, infusion pumps, and patient monitors.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Educate parents regarding newborn care and treatment plans.
Ensure infection prevention and patient safety protocols are strictly followed.
Work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery or B.Sc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC) Registration Certificate.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in NICU, ICU, PICU, or Pediatric Nursing is preferred.
Fresh graduates with NICU training may also apply.
Experience in handling critically ill neonates will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience using Hospital Management Software (HMS/HIMS) will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
Caring attitude and commitment to high-quality neonatal patient care.
